Full-Service Planning

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, budget, and preferences, to put together a personalized team of vendors to execute The Best Day.

From planning to production, one of our lead planners will guide you in designing and executing your special day, creating memories you will cherish for years to come! Sit back, relax, and enjoy a stress-free, blissful planning process while we take care of the details!

 

Design Package

For when you need some extra design help! If you are looking to elevate your event with a bit more creativity…we’ve got you covered!

Think of NAE as your personal event partner, ready to add the special touches and unique flairs that make your celebration stand out.

We will work with you to bring your vision to life in the most memorable way possible by assisting with the overall design scheme. We will be the liaison with all design vendors - assisting with rental orders, paper goods, and florals. This package does not include is any day-of setup / teardown / coordination but can be added on based on availability.

Custom Design Board Package

The most perfect start to your best day - We dream it and you make it happen! NAE will create a custom design / vision board for your event, providing you with a custom design board and decor enhancement sheet with links to the items proposed.

Day-of coordination is not included and the client is responsible for purchasing all products, placing all rentals, and coordinating with all vendors.

Consultation Package

Our consultation package provides couples, hostesses, and dreamers with personalized guidance wherever they are in the planning process. Do you need help putting together a layout? Choosing rentals? Want assistance and guiding when meeting with florists? We will use an initial consultation and planning session to get to know you and understand your needs in order to provide recommendations on venues, vendors, and designs that fit your vision.  

We help refine your design ideas, create a draft wedding timeline, and offer advice on etiquette and traditions. After the consultation, you'll receive a summary with a detailed action plan and next steps.
