Lover of all things weddings, design and events - Nicole Allen is a driven, organized & passionate business owner. Regardless of event, Nicole finds a way to do it all with impeccable style. Married to her high school sweetheart and mother to two beautiful girls and a baby boy, Nicole has experience executing celebrations for many of life’s joyous milestones & is the ideal partner for planning your best day or next event. A University of Arkansas graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Nicole has worked in the wedding + event industry for 13 years. Recognized as one of Tulsa’s 2016 New Leaders & an Oklahoma native, Nicole’s knowledge of Tulsa paired with her training and experience will ensure an enjoyable and stress-free planning process.

When she is not dreaming and scheming for weddings or spending time with her family, you can catch Nicole reading mommy blogs, swapping bottles for her champagne flute, or meeting girlfriends for dinner.

Maddie started working for Nicole Allen Events 8 years ago when she was still attending The University of Oklahoma, where she earned a degree in Marketing. Maddie started out by assisting with setup and coordination the day of the wedding, & came on to work for Nicole Allen Events as Assistant Coordinator + Marketing Manager in August 2018.

With a passion for creativity & an eye for detail, she fell in love with weddings. She loves creating and executing new projects and bringing NAE brides happiest day to life. She has since moved up to Lead Planner, and taken the lead on several weddings of her own.

When she is not dreaming & scheming for weddings or spending time with her family, you can find Maddie playing tennis, cooking, walking her dogs, or meeting girlfriends for dinner.

Allie first joined the NAE team as an intern in 2019, and after she graduated from Oklahoma State University, with a degree in Marketing & minor in Event Management in May ‘24, she came on to work for Nicole Allen Events as a coordinator and marketing manager!

With a heart for social media and events, Allie enjoys recapping and showcasing NAE events on our social media platforms by capturing the essence of what we do best. She also loves to execute our client’s special day and watch every detail and part of the planning process come to life on the day of the event.

When she is not dreaming & scheming for weddings, you can find Allie spending time with her family & friends, playing pickleball, going on walks, hanging at the beach or lake, or watching rom coms!
